These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website untamedjerky.com, our online store, products, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Liberty Snacks LLC ("Untamed Jerky," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Jacksonville, Florida. By accessing or using the Services, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Use of the Services
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate information for orders and accounts. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion.
2. Products and Orders
We sell premium Old Fashioned beef jerky (tough, bold flavor—not soft) and Crispy Jerky varieties. Product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Orders are offers to purchase; we accept by confirming shipment. We may cancel or limit orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or other reasons.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. You authorize charges for the total amount, including taxes, shipping, and fees. All charges are final once processed.
4. Subscriptions and Recurring Orders (if applicable)
If you purchase a subscription or recurring product (e.g., automatic monthly deliveries of our premium Old Fashioned jerky or Crispy Jerky options):
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
- You will be charged on the renewal date for the next period and shipment.
- To avoid a charge and receive the next shipment, you must cancel before the renewal/billing cutoff (typically 48–72 hours before your next scheduled charge—check your account for exact timing).
- Cancellations after billing but before shipment may still result in the charged shipment being sent (no refunds or credits for perishable items once processed and prepared for shipping). We process charges and prepare shipments promptly to maintain freshness.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your account dashboard or by contacting info@untamedjerky.com. Cancellation takes effect after the current paid period—no prorated refunds unless required by law.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship from Florida (Jacksonville area). Shipping times are estimates only; we are not liable for delays, lost packages, or carrier issues. Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment. Provide a valid address; we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. For unopened or defective items, contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@untamedjerky.com for review. Approved refunds exclude shipping costs. No refunds for change of mind. We may offer store credit or replacement at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services (logos, product photos, text, designs) is owned by Untamed Jerky or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Untamed Jerky is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
